Our Story
Established in 2026 in Calgary, Alberta, Boundless Care Services is a dedicated non-profit organization. We were founded on the principle that support for individuals with special needs should be comprehensive, compassionate, and community-focused.
We act as a beacon for families, providing the stability and care needed to navigate life’s milestones.
Our Mission
Our Vision
To deliver person-centered support that fosters independence, cultivates unity, and enhances the quality of life for individuals with special needs.
To be Calgary’s most trusted partner in specialized care, recognized for our innovative residential models and excellence in community integration.
Our Core Values
At Boundless Care Services Inc., our values are more than words—they are the standards we hold ourselves to every single day. They guide how we interact with our clients, their families, and the Calgary community.
Boundless Compassion
We believe that every individual deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. Compassion is the foundation of our care, ensuring that we lead with empathy and kindness in every interaction.
Dignity & Respect
Every person has the right to live a life of dignity. We respect the unique cultural backgrounds, personal choices, and individual journeys of those we serve, fostering an environment where self-worth can flourish.
Integrity & Transparency
As a non-profit, we are committed to the highest ethical standards. We build trust through honest communication, clear accountability to our stakeholders, and transparency in our operations.
Innovation in Care
We don't settle for "good enough." From our Cluster Home Model to our specialized Transition Support, we constantly seek innovative ways to improve the quality of life for individuals with special needs.
Empowering Independence
Our goal is to help our clients reach their highest level of autonomy. We focus on "doing with" rather than "doing for," providing the tools and support needed for individuals to take ownership of their lives.
Our Guiding Principles
These principles define the Boundless Method—the specific way we deliver our services in Alberta.
The Person-Centered Approach
We believe that the individual is the expert on their own life. Our care plans are not "one-size-fits-all"; they are co-created with the client and their family to reflect their specific goals, dreams, and needs.
The "Bridge" Philosophy
We specialize in the high-stakes period of transition. Our principle is to act as a bridge—connecting the school years to adulthood, and FSCD supports to PDD/DFNA funding—ensuring no one falls through the cracks.
Community-First Integration
True inclusion happens in the community, not in isolation. We prioritize neighborhood integration, vocational training, and social participation, helping our clients become active, visible, and valued citizens of Calgary.
Collaboration & Advocacy
We work hand-in-hand with families, healthcare professionals, and provincial caseworkers. We don't just provide care; we advocate for the rights and resources our clients need to thrive.
Safety & Excellence
We maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement. By investing in high-quality staff training and rigorous safety protocols, we ensure a secure environment for our vulnerable community members.
